• Account information: your name, email address, Google account identifier, and basic profile information received through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
• Farm and app content: farm names, plot details, crop and planting records, tree counts, farm age, province or location details that you enter, income, expense, fertilizer, harvest, and other farm activity records.
• Technical and security data: app, device, log, authentication, diagnostics, and security information needed to run Firebase services and protect the app.
• Advertising data: advertising identifiers, device information, app interaction data, and related data processed by Google AdMob to show ads and measure ad performance.

3. How We Use Information

• To sign you in and manage your account.
• To save, sync, and display your farm records.
• To provide app features, summaries, and calculations.
• To show ads where the app uses advertising.
• To improve app reliability, security, and performance.
• To detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may process or share information with service providers that help operate the app, including Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, other Firebase services, and Google AdMob. These providers process data under their own privacy and security terms.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for personal and sensitive user data, including secure cloud services and restricted access where appropriate. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Retention and Deletion

Account and farm data may remain stored while your account is active or as needed to provide app features. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete cloud-stored account data.

You may request deletion of your FarmLogix Asira account and associated app data at any time using our account deletion page. We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

7. Your Choices

You may choose not to provide certain information, but some app features may not work. You can also manage Google account permissions and advertising choices through your device or Google account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

FarmLogix Asira is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
